With meaningful intentions, a long conscious breath, and body awareness, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery invites you to explore realms of your subconscious to reveal the source of thoughts, beliefs and patterns that hinder you from your fullest expression of life.
Traversing inner ravines breath by integrated breath you initiate transformation of underlying limitations, and begin to reignite your infinite potential. Within this non-linear experience, you release, rewire and solidify change at a cellular level. You reclaim your authentic self and your limitless possibility to create life intentionally, on purpose.

A six-week online container through September/October includes
Weekly breathwork sessions: The full rebirthing breathwork mastery sessions with intention setting, the conscious connected breath cycle, and time to debrief your experiences (allowing 3 hours per session).
Intimate online connection: Intentionally held group thread of reflections between breathwork sessions, invitations to move with the integration process, encouraging a deepening of devotion to self and the transitions. A space to checkin, to share, to amplify the collective emergence. We will gather in WhatsApp.
